Maggie Grace is an American actress who was born Margaret Grace Denig in 1983. Her most famous roles include Shannon Rutherford, a character in ABC's Lost series and Kim Mills from the Taken trilogy. Born in Worthington Ohio, she left high school in order to relocate into Los Angeles with her mother when her parents separated. They were struggling to survive when she got her first part in the acting world as Rachel's Room's main character. Her portrayal in the role of Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old victim of murder, in the television movie Murder In Greenwich in 2002 earned her an award nomination for the Young Artist Award. Grace Rutherford was the character Shannon Rutherford for Lost's first two seasons in 2004 and she shared a Screen Actors Guild Award (with the rest of the cast) alongside her. After leaving the show, Grace wanted to appear on film more frequently, having starred opposite Tom Welling in The Fog in 2005. She also was in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club and, opposite Liam Neeson's Kim Mills as Kim Mills in Taken. She played the same role in Taken 2 and Taken 3 (both in 2012). Grace returned to the Lost series for the last two episodes as Shannon. In 2013, Grace appears in Californianation, the sixth Season. She portrays Faith as an admirer and muse to the celebrities. Hank Moody as played by David Duchovny falls in love with her. Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. She is a member of the Gyllenhaal Family she is the daughter and elder sister of the actor Jake Gyllenhaal. Her acting career started as a young teenager as she was cast in minor role in films made that her father directed. In addition, she was a part of her brother on the 2001 popular movie Donnie Darko. The next film she appeared in was Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind as well as Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal was nominated to win the Golden Globe Award in both the romantic comedy Sherrybaby (2005) as well as the romantic comedy Secretary (2002). The two films received acclaim from critics. In the wake of several successful commercial films like World Trade Center in 2006 she gained greater recognition for her role as Rachel Dawes (the superhero) in The Dark Knight (2007). The film was nominated to win an Academy Award as Best Supporting Actress due to her part as Rachel Dawes in Crazy Heart, (2009). Following that, she starred in comedies and dramatic films: Nanny McPhee & the Big Bang (2010) Hysteria 2011 and Won't Back Down 2012. The other roles she's played includes Secret Service agents in White House Down (2013 Action thriller), actors in Frank (2014, drama The Kindergarten Teacher 2018), and The Kindergarten teacher. Gyllenhaal wrote and directed her first feature film, The Lost Daughter in 2021. The drama about psychological issues won the Best Screenplay Award from the Venice International Film Festival. It was also nominated to The Academy Award of Best Adapted Screenplay.
